Culter Hillwalking Club is based in Peterculter outside Aberdeen, but has members from a wide area in Aberdeen and the Shire.

Culter Hillwalking Club meets the first Sunday of each month and also mid month on a Monday. Our main activity is hillwalking and we walk all year with shorter routes during the winter months. At the height of summer we have a moderate and a high-level walk per month. Transport is by coach or minibus (if numbers are sufficient), which leaves from Culter Village Hall, or by sharing private cars. Pick-ups in Banchory are usually available. We also hold occasional weekend meets. Our club welcomes new members and beginners.

The club holds various social events each year and we also hold an AGM and walk program meeting once a year. Regular information on events, talks etc are provided for our members throughout the year.

Discounts at local outdoor shops are available to members of Culter Hillwalking Club.

The club was established in 1988 and is a member of the Ramblers Association Scotland.
