. The way then continues up through fields and woodland heading towards the top of Knock Saul (412m) which is clear of trees and allows a good view of Tap o' Noth, the Buck and the Correen Hills.
We then continue through woodland to the top of Suie hill (415m) which is also clear of trees, allowing spectacular views. We then head back to the car park.
Gaiters needed
Walkers must wear walking boots, carry warm and waterproof clothing, hat and gloves and take plenty food and liquids. THESE ARE ESSENTIAL. Be prepared for possible wintry conditions on the top whatever the forecast.
